Do you have retailers ?

Do you do pop ups?

Yes! Keep an eye out on our social media for physical pop up location and dates for 2021 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your tote bag while browsing our pop up art shop.

Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the tote and click "checkout". 

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method - we will ship your package within 7 business days.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

We also accept offline payments via bank transfer and swish.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Euro (€).

What are your shipping destinations ?

We ship both locally and worldwide from our studio in Sweden.

What are your shipping times ?

Lemholt N' Bergman collect orders for a few days as not to ship one order at a time and the studio in Sweden send out orders once weekly. 

To calculate your orders arrival from our delivery partner Post Nords office, please insert the following adress; Sporthallsvägen 4, 263 34 Höganäs, Sweden - in the "From" section of the Post Nord digital form here.  

What are your shipping costs ?

Orders within Sweden; 0-5kg, €6 and 5-20kg, €8.

Orders within Europe; 0-10kg, €15

Orders Internationally; 0-10kg, €20

Post Nord have a comprehensive distribution network with partners across Europe and globally

Where is my order delivered to ?

Your items are delivered either to the nearest delivery point or by home delivery, -depending on which distribution partner is used locally; the choice of that carrier is often based on lead time, price and flexibility.

Lemholt N' Bergman has opted not to use "track and trace" on their shipments as to avoid adding costs to the customer. Instead inserting the following adress; Sporthallsvägen 4, 263 34 HÖGANÄS in the "From" section of the Post Nord digital form, you can calculate delivery times for your package to arrive here. 

Make sure to make your complaints of transport damage within fourteen (14) days. That is why it is important for you to check that the goods are not transport damaged. Our delivery partner, Post Nord recommend that you report possible transport damage directly at the location of the extradition agent and then contact Post Nord here.

Also, be sure to keep all packaging and product packaging in case of a transport damage.

How do I return a delivered order ?

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact Lemholt N' Bergman before sending a return and before the fourteen (14) days have expired via email to lemholtnbergman@gmail.com

You will be sent a printable return slip. 

Do I get a full refund ?

If you return an unused item with associated labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded, or the required change will be made.

International tax policies :

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

The customs value is made up of :

the price paid for the goods,

the insurance cost, and

the shipping cost.
