Lemholt N' Bergman work closely with their distributor, - so please read their Store Policy and Terms and Conditions below:

Application and Consumer Protection : These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase agreement that you conclude with Lemholt N' Bergman, In order to take advantage of your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Buying Act (SFS 1990: 932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005: 59), and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998: 204) apply to all purchases at www.lemholtnbergman.com.

Prices and Fees : The prices quoted on www.lemholtnbergman.com
are listed including VAT (VAT) and excluding shipping costs.

Establishment of purchase agreement : Goods are ordered at www.lemholtnbergman.com.
Purchase Agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by Lemholt N' Bergman by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time of ordering.

By the order, you accept these Terms.

Delivery : Lemholt N' Bergman has an Eco Delivery Commitment with DHL, which means that we from our end collect orders for a few days as not to ship one order at a time, and that DHL from their end ensure that they always choose the most eco-friendly transport for an as long part of the journey to you as possible. Thank you for your patience and for you at your end taking part in being more Eco Conscious. 
Lemholt N' Bergman uses DHL delivery, and your items are delivered either to the nearest delivery point or by home delivery. When the package is available for pickup you will be notified by email or SMS, and valid ID action must be displayed, for home delivery notification will be sent by phone. Normal delivery time is 2 business days after your order has been picked up at the Lemholt N' Bergman distributor. Please contact DHL customer service should your package not have arrived after those 2 business days.

Uncollected Packages : Packages that have not been collected at your pickup point within fourteen (14) days are returned to the Lemholt N' Bergman distributor. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of 300SEK for costs attributable to the Lemholt N' Bergman distributors administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Return Policy : You as a consumer always have fourteen (14) days' right of withdrawal under the Act on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises (2005: 59). For you to be completely confident with your purchase. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact customer service before sending a return and before the fourteen (14) days have expired on +46(0)42-151135 or email to info@fritzell.com upon which you will be emailed a return slip. The Lemholt N' Bergman distributor has no possibility of replacing the cost of return freight afterward. You as a customer, of course, have the right to try and check the product at home to ensure that the product meets your expectations. If you return an unused item with associated labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded, or the required change will be made. If the quality of the product has been affected by the fact that you as a customer have handled it more than is necessary to investigate its feature or features, deductions for the refund corresponding to the value of the product will be made.

Return : When returning, you are at risk of the goods, so it is important that the product cannot be damaged during transport. For a full refund to be made, the product must be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging, all labels must be left, and manuals will be shipped. It is vital that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not affixed to the original packaging. After received and approved return, a refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Return. Refund is only made through bank account deposit, not cash. Costs for services linked to delivery such as express mail and postage fee will not be refunded on return. To enable a possible return, you need to prove purchase, and the Lemholt N' Bergman distributor recommends that you save your order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.

Transport damage : Lemholt N' Bergman distributor is responsible for goods that are damaged or disposed of during delivery to you. Complaints of transport damage shall be submitted within fourteen (14) days. Therefore, upon receipt of the shipment, it is important to check that the goods are not transport damaged. Lemholt N' Bergman distributors recommend that you report possible transport damage directly at the location of the extradition agent and then contact Lemholt N' Bergman distributors customer service on +46(0)42-151135 or by email to info@fritzell.com.

Be sure to keep all packaging and product packaging in case of a transport damage.

Force majeure : In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Lemholt N' Bergman or our distributor, for example in case of amended legislation, governmental measures, strikes, blockade, tampering, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, the Lemholt N' Bergman distributors commitment to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed for so long The circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Lemholt N' Bergman distributor have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.

Personal data : Lemholt N' Bergman distributor is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with purchases in accordance with the Personal Data Act. By accepting the Purchase Agreement with Lemholt N' Bergman, you agree to your information stored to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, enable update of your order status, and postings of offers from Lemholt N' Bergman, -by text, email or other direct mail. As a customer, you can share the saved data, change them or request deletion. You can also withdraw your agreement at any time.

Price and Product Information : In case of any defects in stock status or price, Lemholt N' Bergman reserves the right to cancel purchase agreements. If the product has expired or for any other reason is not available, Lemholt N' Bergman is not required to provide the product but may propose an alternative product. All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product.

Other : We follow the Swedish Complaints Board's recommendations and Swedish law in case of a dispute.
